We want to respect your privacy, so we ask that you lay out your futon yourself,
so you can relax in comfort whenever you like.
Please inform our staff if you have any difficulty in laying out the futon,
such as if you are not feeling well.
Our staff will lift up your futon after check-out,
so please check out with the futon still laid out.
The meal will be served in your room,
and we will prepare two patterns
of hot pot dishes using high quality local ingredients.
You can choose from Aomori beef sukiyaki or Aomori seafood yosenabe.
We will set it in your room's refrigerator before you check in.
To preserve freshness, it is vacuum-packed and prepared in a paulownia wood box along with udon noodles to finish the meal.
We recommend this to people who want to eat freely without being tied down by time, and people with small appetites.
You can choose from sukiyaki made with Aomori beef, seafood yosenabe made with Aomori fish and shellfish, and shabu-shabu made with Aomori pork.
When you check in, we will ask you about your preferred time and our staff will bring it to your room.
They also offer a bowl of udon noodles for the final course, so you can enjoy a satisfying meal.
After serving, the staff will leave the room immediately, so you can enjoy your private space.
After your meal, we ask that you take your cooking utensils and dishes down to the shelves in the hallway near your room.
If it is difficult to carry them to the hallway, you may place them on the shoe box with the plastic wrap provided in your room.
Breakfast is served on the 1st floor of the Lake View Room and includes hot sandwiches, toast, cereals, salads, and other items that can be made to your liking with your choice of ingredients and grilling temperature.
Enjoy with juice or coffee.
We also provide packaging materials so you can enjoy your meal in your room or outdoors.
